Believe it or not - you are rare!

To a large degree, the suppliers of wedding services are bemoaning the drop in bookings. Some companies are facing drops of up to 50% for the year ahead. That's not to say that they are bad at what they do or this fall has to do with their capabilities. No! It's more likely to stem from the fear of the cost of a wedding; the spiralling increases from year to year. A decade ago, National Statistics placed the cost of a wedding in the UK at around £10,000.00. Even in 1998, that was still a great deal of money. Now, that figure has more than doubled to a staggering £20,000.00.

The £20,000 Wedding is a Myth

Bridesincharge.com - showing you how to SAVE on the cost of your wedding

Bridesincharge.com hasn’t been launched to turn you into the bride from hell. Instead it’s to give you the power to control all aspects of your wedding day, whether it’s how much you spend; who attends your wedding; having the wedding you first dreamed of, or simply being in charge of the running of the whole show to the finest detail.

Negotiating Your Wedding Journey

Bridesincharge.com has been launched to give every UK bride access to all the 'how-to' skills to enable them to negotiate with wedding suppliers, for the wedding they've always dreamt of - at a fair price, at the price they want to pay.

With our knowledge of the industry; it's ups and it's downsides, and with the economy suggesting couples should forget the 'W' word, batten down the hatches and prepare for the impending 'recession', we believe there couldn't be a better time than now to organize a wedding - and the state of the economy is a help, not a hinderance.
